Meet the Founder

Jennifer Allen is the Founder and CEO of Blue Phoenix Growth Consulting, a boutique agency that empowers entrepreneurs to grow profitable businesses. She and her team help clients to get unstuck and to move their businesses forward through a unique combination of marketing expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and business acumen.

In addition to running the agency, Jennifer has been a featured speaker at the American Physical Therapy Private Practice Section and is a contributing writer to several business publications. She has over 28 years of experience in the healthcare business field as a practicing provider turned business owner/entrepreneur. In 2001 she co-founded Bodycentral Physical Therapy in Arizona. She and her partner Tonya Bunner grew the business for over 20 years and eventually sold the company in an 8 figure exit. Jennifer was hired to serve as Chief Clinical Officer overseeing marketing, sales, and clinical & leadership development for over 138 locations in 7 states. She has experience in private equity backed ventures and working with an advisory board and board of directors.

She knows what it takes to build a successful business, and she has the drive and determination to help her clients achieve their goals. Jennifer is a strategic thinker who can see the big picture and develop creative solutions to move businesses forward.
